PLOT SUMMARY: A dissatisfied young woman working as a 9-1-1 phone attendant gets a call from the sister of a young boy who wants to kill himself and has to try and help him decide to stay alive.

A young adult who isn’t very happy with her place in the world. She find her 9-1-1 job boring and while she takes it seriously in the moment she goofs off in between calls.
Chris: Male. 17 to 20. Any race or ethnicity.
A young, morose teenager who is a Senior is high school. He’s very depressed and tends to be a pessimist when it comes to his life and future. Feels very lost and as if the world hates him so he wants to end his life
Rachel: Female. 11 to 18. Any race or ethnicity.
A young girl, though can be changed to be a teenager, who cares for her brother a lot. She’s fairly quick thinking and knows all of her brothers’ weak points, but is also emotional and sensitive.
